Attorney Levi S. Hatch

Levi S. Hatch represents individuals, families, and business owners in matters involving business law, tax planning and representation, estate planning, asset protection, and bankruptcy. His work includes business entity formation for corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs), business agreements and contracts, tax elections, trust planning, and strategies designed to address clients' legal and financial objectives. He also represents individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters and assists taxpayers dealing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state taxing authorities. Mr. Hatch works with clients to understand their circumstances, evaluate available options, and pursue practical legal solutions tailored to their needs.

Mr. Hatch studied economics at Brigham Young University (BYU) and earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. His academic background supports his work across legal matters involving business operations, financial planning, taxation, and debt resolution.

Mr. Hatch is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Tax Court. As an Arizona attorney, he assists clients with legal matters within the scope of his practice and applicable admissions.
